ABOUT HASTINGS
Hastings is ancient town which is located at south coast of England. The city is situated between East and West hills. Hastings has very old architecture from medieval to Victoria era. The oldest building called The court house was built in 1450 . Thera are many old churches which are now converted into museum.
The old town has many small narrow streets which connect the main town. Hastings is known for war of hundreds years fought with French.
The Stade is another famous largest fishing fleet in Europe that starts from the beach. The famous castle situated at the top of West Hills was built by William the Conqueror. It gives a spectacular view of the city from the top of the West hills. It has also the steepest functional railways in Britain serving the tourist from West hills to town centre.
